We want to invite you back home. To the vessel that carries you throughout your days. To stay connected. To stay embodied.
We don’t need to understand. We need to feel and allow what is present. This is a weekend for that. To journey within our physical form, to explore and to express. Then we take a step back and integrate what we experienced with words. A true body-mind connection arrives to the surface. A creation of more aliveness and presence into your life.
